It is because the basic environmental facilities like sewage treatment plant could not keep up with the industrialization and urban consentration that resulted in those heavy contamination of rivers by domestic waste water.

If we keep neglecting the present situation that cannot treat 0~4 of everyday wastewater flow, the degree of contamination of our water source will be rising up to an acute serious level.

We will put all of our efforts on the continuous study for producing water treatment facilities and sewage treatment facilities to prevent contamination of water and effectively control the water source to secure the health of our precious people in the country.
